Question: After downloading a website, I am unable to completely remove all the folders/folders created by Web2Disk. Windows complains that some of the path names are too long. What can I do?
Answer: Web2Disk supports path names longer than Windows Explorer does naively. This allows you to download/copy websites that wouldn’t otherwise be possible to save.
To remove these files once you’re done with them, open Web2Disk and select your project. Then click “Shift-Control-Delete” on your keyboard. This key combination will trigger Web2Disk to remove all the files in the current Project’s Save Path. Web2Disk is able to delete the long folder/filenames it created.
