Question: We have several users working on the same site. Is it possible to share the custom dictionary?
Answer: In version 1.5 and newer it is possible to configure the location of the custom dictionary file in the ‘Advanced Project Settings’ (click the ‘Wrench’ button to access these settings). By using a custom dictionary file located on a network share, several users can share that same dictionary file.
It is also possible to encode the custom words for that site within a special meta tag. Please see the “How do I use InSite special meta tag feature?” article (or the InSite manual) for details on this feature. This will allow each developer to add custom words to any page they are working on. When InSite is run (by any developer) the custom words will be added to the dictionary on-the-fly.
