When I try to schedule your software I receive an ‘Unexpected Error’.

Question: When trying to schedule one of your products to crawl my site I get an ‘Unexpected Error’ message (“Object not set to an instance of an object”). How can I fix it?

Answer: Try changing the text of the ‘Task Name’ field. Task names that contain punctuation (such as “example.com”) can cause problems. Remove any non-letter characters and try again. If the error persists, please contact technical support.
