Question: When I try to configure an FTP upload to my website, Sitemap Creator fails with an error message like:
Upload failed: value cannot be null. Parameter name: path2
Answer: This problem is caused by a 3rd party component used by Sitemap Creator. The underlying cause is still under investigation. In our experience rebooting the affected PC fixes this problem every time. The problem does not recur after rebooting.
