Answer: If your particular question is not addressed in any of the Web2Disk specific articles, try looking in the ‘General Product Information’ category. All our products use the same building blocks, so common questions that pertain to all products are listed there (such as emailing reports or scheduling).
If you have a question about how something works, check the manual. It explains how each aspect of Web2Disk works and has answers to the most common configuration questions.
