Answer: You can specify a list of URL for Power Search to scrape by adding your URLs to the list of “Additional Root URLs” in Advanced Project Settings (click the “Wrench” button). You can paste a list of URLs into the Additional Root URLs list by right-clicking on it. This technique works both if the URLs are all on the same website, or on different websites.

If you do not want Power Search to crawl any other URLs, you must also add a special entry in the Excluded URLs list like this:

This tells Power Search that you want to exclude ALL other URLs, effectively preventing it from crawling. (The “http://” prefix is important when excluding URLs like this, so remember to include it!)
