Frequently Asked Questions .: InSite .: How can I add a list of words to the custom dictionary?

How can I add a list of words to the custom dictionary?

Question: Can I add a list of words to the custom dictionary?

Answer: It is possible to manually create/edit the custom dictionary from a list of words. The dictionary file is located at:
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Inspyder InSite\custom.dic
(Remember to replace [username] with your actual Windows username.) Just open this file with Notepad (or whatever your favorite text editor is) and add one word per line.

The dictionary file should be saved in UTF-8 format. This is especially important if your custom dictionary contains accented/extended characters.
