How can I quickly add words to the custom dictionary?
Back
InSite provides two main ways to quickly build up your custom dictionary.
SmartSense

Let InSite crawl your entire site (or a good portion of it to build up a list of words). After the crawling is completed, click the 'SmartSense' button. InSite will go through the list of misspellings and try to detect which words are unique to your site. InSite will present a list of candidate words that it will add to the custom dictionary. Go through this list and look for any words that are in fact spelling mistakes (for example: 'recieve'). When you click 'OK' InSite will add those remaining words to the custom dictionary and remove them from your results.
Point and Click

It is possible to add words directly from the result list. Simple select the row containing the word you want to add and right-click. Select 'Add word to Custom Dictionary' and the word will be added automatically (and any other occurrence of that word will be removed from the results). It's possible to select more than one word by holding 'Ctrl' down while selecting rows.
