Schedule Website Reports

Generate Automatic Website Reports using InSite

If your website is constantly changing and you're concerned about errors creeping in, you can configure InSite to automatically email you website reports.

To schedule a website report click 'Tools -> Scheduler' from the main menu bar. This will open the InSite Task Scheduler interface.

To schedule your report click the 'New' button and follow the steps in the wizard. The wizard will ask you a series of questions that will allow you to configure how your automatic website reports are created. When you're done, click 'Finish' and your scheduled task will be saved.

Step 1: Select the Project you wish to Schedule

Step 2: Name this Task and select when it should run

Step 3: Configure report options

Step 4: Configure email recipients

You can add, edit, run or delete previously scheduled tasks any time using the Task Scheduler interface. Select the task you wish to modify and click the appropriate button in the tool bar.
