Answer: Some users have report conflicts between Inspyder’s crawler and their firewall/security applications. If you’re running Norton Internet Security, try disabling Intrusion Prevention to see if this fixes the problem.

If you are running the Citrix Security Agent it may be necessary to configure an exception for the Inspyder application you’re using.
