The same upgrade policy applies to all Inspyder products:
Minor updates are provided free for the life of the software (for example upgrading from 2.0 to 2.1).
Major updates are provided free for 6 months (for example upgrading from version 2.0 to 3.0). When a major update is released users who purchased a previous version in the 6 months prior to release will be eligible to upgrade for free. Users who purchased a previous version earlier than 6 months prior to release are eligible for a special upgrade discount.

Upgrading is always optional, all previous versions of our software will continue to work. Patches and enhancements are only released for current products.
